FLAT AND ROTARY
DIES COMPLETE SERVICE
We offer a complete service of flat and rotary dies for the corrugated market and for all types of fluting profiles, from a microflute through to the maximum thickness and composite papers.
For this we have a team of structural designers, laser sawing machines, assembly with numerical control machines for the preparation of strapping, water jet cutting for rubber, milling and cutting plotters, among others.
PREMIUM ROTARY DIE
Chemence Graphics leads the launch of PREMIUM dies which has contributed substantially to the improvement of the quality of die-cutting as it supports a greater number of hits.
In particular, this range is made of a high quality wood, homogeneous, very hard and with excellent resistance, aspects that make it ideal for long circulation jobs and with high precision results, which ensure the perfect settlement of the die on the cylinder of the machine. In addition, the rules that are used are adapted to the different types of carton and the unique Trim-reduction system leads to significant savings in cardboard for our customers. ECO DIE CUTTING
Our Eco die is developed to respond to all types of manufacturing and the demands of conventional die cutting.
Its design has been created directly from experience in the development of our high-quality, Premium die.
They include traditional die (mounting on drum with fixed hole) fastening systems with Posilock system (with anchor rings), as well as the Serrapid system.
FLAT DIE CUTTING
Available for all types of machines, manual and autoplatinas each with their different centring systems and sizes. All dies are available with dynamic or conventional ejection systems.
